Individual private coaching is designed to help you personally take control, find out what really makes you happy, and help you move forward on to bigger and better things. 1 Day Open Workshops
I run regular work shops on a variety of topics including, managing change, life choices and identifying the next step. These workshops, generally a full day, include lunch, tea or coffee and training materials. Groups range between 5 and 20 people. Workshops are usually conducted within Dorset.
